Payment terms:
A payment minimum of 50% or in full is due at time of registration unless given another payment plan. The organizer retains the right to charge an administration fee. For changes/cancellations an administration charge of 15% of the registration fee is applicable. It is possible to change the participant information to allow a replacement to attend the event in your place up-to 48 hours prior to the event start.
In case of cancellation:
• In case of event cancellation by organizers, no costs will be charged to customer shall be given a FULL refund. • In case of customer cancellation within 2 weeks of the event you will be charged 20% of the registration fee as cancellation fee. • In case of costumer cancellation within 1 week of the event you will be charged 70% of the registration fee as cancellation fee. • In case of customer cancellation within 2 days before the event 100% of the registration fee will be charged. • Cancellation needs to be done in writing by e-mail to the organizers. The date of cancellation is determined by the date of the e-mail. In case of insufficient number of registrations the organizer retains the right to cancel or postpone the event.
